Hi, I’m Jess !
I'm passionate about helping women feel strong, capable and confident within their bodies — whether they're navigating pain, recovering from injury, returning to exercise or experiencing the physical changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum.
My interest in pain-free movement began as an elite swimmer, leading me to work across the sporting and rehabilitative space as a coach, clinical pilates instructor and personal trainer. During the final years of my physiotherapy degree, I developed a particular interest in women's health and furthered my pilates training in this field before working within a multidisciplinary women’s health clinic. I now combine both my interests and treat people across both musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapy. I value clear, practical education and collaborative, evidence-based care, creating a supportive and non-judgemental space where women feel comfortable asking questions and feel confident in their bodies.
Alongside physiotherapy, I work in content creation, social media management, business development and brand partnerships. I love finding creative ways to make health and wellness information engaging, relatable and accessible.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me on a pram walk by the beach, catching up with friends over coffee or squeezing in a Pilates class on my at-home reformer between baby's naps.
